The WTS1234 compost trommel screen is a wheel-mounted, self-contained, portable screening plant designed to efficiently process topsoil, compost, and green waste. It features a rotating drum that is normally elevated at an angle at the feed end. Physical size separation is achieved as the feed material spirals down the drum—undersized material passes through the screen apertures, while oversized material exits at the opposite end.
This model boasts a compact, unique construction that includes foldable belt conveyors for easy transport and handling. With the option to equip an onboard diesel generator set, the WTS1234 can seamlessly integrate into a mobile recycling line.
The WTS1234 comes standard with a fines conveyor and wheel-mounted mobility. SPIRAL DRUM OPTION: If you prefer a spiral-style drum over the traditional wire mesh design, SINOTECH has you covered with customizable configurations.
It is an excellent solution for screening topsoil, waste, compost, and especially moist or sticky materials. The rotational function of the screen drum aggressively agitates the raw material, making it highly effective at removing fines. Oversized debris falls out of the drum, while fines drop onto a transport conveyor for easy stockpiling.
