The Static Trommel Screen TS0820 is the smallest machine in this series, primarily composed of a hopper, drum, and base frame. A key feature is the integrated forklift mount, ensuring hassle-free transportation and positioning on site.
Its core advantage lies in its innovative bottom discharge design. By routing the fines directly out from beneath the drum, it simplifies material flow and minimizes the footprint. This design allows for easy integration with existing conveyors or receptacles and is perfect for processing wet, sticky materials that might clog traditional belts.
As a static alternative to the Wheeled 0820, the trommel is identically constructed but focuses on cost-efficiency. Its low weight and compact design make it quick to deploy for landscapers, construction companies, and municipalities seeking a reliable, low-maintenance solution.
The Trommel Screen works by combining drum rotation and gravity. Raw materials enter via the feed inlet, and the motor drives the drum to rotate stably through the reducer.
As it rotates, materials tumble and slide on the screen: particles smaller than the aperture pass through and exit from the bottom, while oversized ones are discharged from the end.
