The WTS1860 Mobile Waste Screener is the ultimate solution for large-scale waste management and recycling operations. Unlike standard soil screens, this heavy-duty trommel is reinforced to handle bulky materials like construction and demolition (C&D) waste, municipal solid waste (MSW), and landfill reclamation.
Featuring an extra-large 1800mm drum diameter and a robust hopper, the WTS1860 prevents bridging and clogging when processing mixed waste. The Trommel Screen works by combining drum rotation and gravity. Raw materials enter via the feed inlet, and the motor drives the drum to rotate stably through the reducer.
As it rotates, materials tumble and slide on the screen: particles smaller than the aperture pass through and exit from the bottom, while oversized ones are discharged from the end.
