The WTS1230 Trommel Screen is the ultimate tool for precise material separation, perfect for handling sand, topsoil, compost, gravel, and construction waste. Featuring a large drum (3000mm L x 1200mm D), the WTS1230 guarantees high capacity. It runs smoothly with a Hardened Gear Reducer for low noise and long life. Maintenance is simplified by a self-cleaning brush that actively prevents screen clogging. Customizable single or double screens allow for tailored material gradation.
Unique to the WTS1230 is its powerful material handling setup: two side conveyors and one tail conveyor. This advanced system allows the machine to achieve one-time, simultaneous screening and output of three different material sizes. The Trommel Screen works by combining drum rotation and gravity. Raw materials enter via the feed inlet, and the motor drives the drum to rotate stably through the reducer.
As it rotates, materials tumble and slide on the screen: particles smaller than the aperture pass through and exit from the bottom, while oversized ones are discharged from the end.
