3. Use dual motors - the machine runs more stably

Advantages of using dual motors to drive the drum screen:

(1) The dual shafts driven by dual motors are driven by two asynchronous motors respectively. The dual motor reducers are used to drive the polyurethane dual rollers respectively, eliminating the gear transmission and simplifying the structure of the transmission part, thereby greatly simplifying the lubrication, maintenance and overhaul of the machine;

(2) When working, the control cabinet is started at the same time, and the dual motor reducers drive the dual rollers respectively, which not only achieves synchronous operation, increases power, starts quickly, and adjusts speed quickly, but also realizes uniform energy transmission without interference; at the same time, the dual motor reducers drive the dual rollers separately, which also increases friction and avoids slipping;

(3) Dual motor drive can effectively improve the production output and screening accuracy of the drum screen, achieving the dual effect of both output and accuracy;
