Waste processing trommel screen (also known as waste sorting trommel screen or solid waste trommel screen) is a kind of equipment specially used for the treatment of solid waste such as municipal domestic waste, industrial waste, construction waste, etc. It realizes the size sorting, resource recycling and pre-processing of the waste through the rotation of drums and grading of the sieve holes.
The waste processing trommel screen is often used as the core equipment of the sorting line. The typical process is as follows:
Waste feeding → bag breaking/crushing → trommel screening → magnetic separation (metal recovery) → wind separation (light material separation) → resource utilization.
