Our WTS1860 mobile trommel screen was recently delivered to a customer in New Zealand. While highly effective for composting, the client utilizes this robust machine to efficiently process heavy materials like topsoil and organics, achieving a processing capacity of up to 90 cubic meters per hour. The entire unit was thoughtfully designed to fit into a 40ft container for secure international transportation.
Our advanced shaftless trommel screens work by effectively separating and grading materials using rotating drums, providing high-output screening of topsoil, dirt, and secondary materials. As the soil passes through the trommel, valuable fines fall through the mesh openings, while larger rocks and debris are passed through to the end for further processing.
This WTS1860 mobile model is equipped with a large, customizable hopper. The hopper features an internal feeding conveyor, ensuring that heavy soil advances evenly into the drum. To maintain continuous operation without clogging, the top of the screen is fitted with an effective cleaning brush.
To maximize site flexibility, the machine is equipped with two foldable side discharge conveyors, saving valuable space during transport and storage. The screen can be designed to output 2-3 different sizes simultaneously. Additionally, the unit includes traction for easy mobility, 4 lifting legs to quickly adjust machine height, and a high-quality frequency conversion control cabinet to safely manage the entire soil screening operation with a long service life.
